Shipping Charges
For the current FY 2024-2025 ,There will be no Extra Shipping Charges levied on the B2C customers, Hence the Customers doesn’t have to pay extra for any shipments other then the B2B buyers as agreed with them .
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed (i.e Dispatched) within 7-10 business days,with some products it might take upto 3-4 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 3-4 weeks.
